>She is dormant. You think that this is probably her "default" state, so to speak.
>As near as you can tell, it seems Okina is saying some rather cutting things about Yukari and things she's done to or with Ran. Yukari is cutting in with a few angry retorts, but Okina seems to hold the momentum of the squabble right now.
