Magnificent Youkai of Neofantasia - I planned on running this with some friends, but never got to it. The rules seem interesting, though. If I ever were to do a Touhou TTRPG campaign, it'd probably be with this system.

There's also Next Dream, but it's an expansion for a system I don't have, or something like that. Might be worth looking into, though.

The two I linked focus on the actual Danmaku part of Touhou, which is really cool. Hopefully someone finds these useful.
