The Philosophy of ZUN

It could be not only how he makes games, but also how he view games, what are his ideals, and how he views life itself. I'll answer first, since I want to put something substantial in this topic.

I like to think that he really likes to make the games in a 'take-it-easy' attitude, proven how simple the games are. I think his philosophy in game design is that it's better to make things simple that "works" than a complex game where you can't even complete.

So, based on how he makes game, I think his view in life is that it's okay to enjoy the simple parts of life, than worrying every moment of life that's complicated, as the only thing we could do to live a content life is not to worry to much and enjoy the simple aspects of life.

You admire the simple, yet you parrotingly highlight work.
