Getting the English translations working on Steam Deck

If you're a Steam Deck Touhou enjoyer like me (or on other Linux machine), Touhou Patch Center's thcrap.exe doesn't work as fluidly as on Windows. But never fear, you can get the translations working with this simple guide:

Hey a fellow Steam Deck enjoyer!! For the older games (before DDC) you can also use the static English patches which don't have the annoying popup window and delay before the game launches or the issue with the window staying open after quitting. Fingers crossed someone puts together static patches for the newer games so that the experience can be seamless on the steam deck like any other game!
