>You return home, gathering up the useful scrap you found, and getting your tools out and setting to work. It takes awhile to beat and shape the scrap into what you need, then measuring and remeasuring to get it just right before you make coarse and then fine adjustments that can't be unmade. Still, after running around all day, it's nice to just sit down and work on something, particularly something that's so close to being done.
>As you are in the process of installing the completed part, you hear someone wander in through the open bay door. "You awake?" Koa calls, probably loud enough that if you weren't that would have been remedied.
