>You aren't much of an appraiser. What you deal in tends to be day to day goods sold for their function, rather than things valued for their mineral or artistic composition. You'd know if something something was valuable because it was made of gold, but a work of art would probably elude you. A work of craft might fall within your wheelhouse.
