Mystic Toolkit
Modification tools for Mystic Square

Lunar IRC (irc.shrinemaiden.com channel #lunar)

About:
This project is a collection of utilities that allow the modification of Mystic Square's game archives. Stage enemies, enemy scripts and backgrounds can currently be completely customized.  Varying levels of compatibility enable it to also be used unofficially for LLS and SoEW.

A usability update for the AutoMSTK component has been released
+ Upon archiving a DAT the resulting file is now automatically renamed to it's proper Shift-JIS name for use in-game.
+ Error messages are more descriptive making problems easier to diagnose such as missing MysticTK, missing DATs or even using the tools in the wrong order (ex. Dec before Ext)

Are there any specific tools for HRtP and PoDD?

I tried following the steps but using instead the .dat's from the first and third game; but HRtP only has one .dat (TOUHOU.DAT) and PoDD crashes the extraction, as expected because it's another game.
