Help Needed: Looking for the Artist of This Cirno Edit

I’m currently trying to trace the origin of this Cirno meme/edit. After some research, I’ve found that the original scene comes from Episode 10 of Season 2 of Is the Order a Rabbit? at around the 1:50 mark. It seems this image is a redraw or edit created by an artist.

Unfortunately, reverse image search tools like Yandex and Google haven’t helped me identify the artist.

If anyone knows who the creator of this edit is, or has any tips on how I can find them, I’d greatly appreciate your help!
