Gensokyo Boiz, and What The Hell Happened to Them?

Have any of you heard about the Gensokyo Boiz? I remember them in 2020, which had the guys like PerlDrop, Metaklang and Surnist (there's more of them, but those guys are the ones that I know the most). They were like probably "kings" of the TouhouTube community, up until around September 9, 2020; where they officially disbanded and deleted their Discord server due to drama in the server; especially with the YouTuber named Megamanix. Let's say he acted rather callously and had some beef with the guy named Rei Link, who used to make Touhou Cannonball videos.

These are based on my fuzzy memories, so it might be not accurate. But it's genuinely eerie that in the past, they were well known. Nowadays? Just a forgotten group on the TouhouTube community.

I dropped in to the discord server a few times but didn't hang around for long.

I don't really know who they are, no. I don't really follow any "big names" in the Touhou community, and I actually like how diffuse the community is in certain aspects. Even in the gameplay and danmaku fangame circles, I don't think I could name anyone that is an outsized presence in those circles.
