I HATE THE CLOCK VERIFICATION I HATE THE CLOCK VERIFICATION
So I don't have much time before I lose access to this account or until people don't take me seriously, but I'm not here to advertise an already dead channel.
RP295 was a Touhou memetuber right. The reason he was falsely terminated is because he accidentally added the wrong image into a meme video. He wanted to blur it, but it was too late. The video was already in the system and he got his channel terminated.
He's been making videos on that channel for 4 years.

Now what you can do to help is out is maybe tell your friends about it and ask out other famous Touhou youtubers.
The movement name is #JusticeForRP295 or #SaveRP295. Just don't be annoying about spamming it okay? post is once somewhere I guess.

An additional number of exemplary videos or their realted idea-development-release samples off them ,and if possible,proper and correct even the "framed-as-unlawful video" , would be certainly appreciated for all good sakes of everyone among the  involved,,the o be involved,the uncertain and the undefined ones.

The thumbnails all abided by the ToS of YouTube, contrary to what I got terminated for.
The community posts I made abided as well. It was unfortunate that I uploaded the wrong image to the scheduled posts. I caught the mistake and deleted it BEFORE it went public. Considering I had no strikes or violations beforehand, this was a bit harsh of a punishment for the channel that I have worked for 4 years on. Many individuals who subscribed to me can also testify on my behalf.

I simply need all of you folks’ help to support the advocacy of getting my channel back. Even though it has been roughly 9 months since that day I got banned, I am sure that if we get enough Touhou fans to aid me, an appeal can finally be successful. Perhaps on X/Twitter or something to the TeamYT account.

What you show in the screenshot has no problems with the YouTube rules. However from experience I can tell you that unless your account was in the YouTube partner program there is zero chance of even getting someone to look at your case, let alone look at evidence and make a decision. Even then the chances are slim unless you're big enough to have a 'partner-manager' who'll vouch for you from the inside. They lose revenue if they shut down bigger channels so there's financial incentive to work things out, which is why they can push the rules.
I lost a YouTube account with 15k-ish subs years ago from a ban because I subtitled and reuploaded a few flash videos from nico right around the time the creators were branching out to YouTube and reuploading the originals. Hadn't even noticed because I was taking a break from Touhou and someone probably reported the videos. Besides it was a general gaming channel mostly focused on RPGs, not Touhou specific. Tried everything for 2 months to get it back, wrote many emails to various staff addresses which either never wrote back or sent a message saying terminations are final and not appealable.
In the end I just opened another channel and moved on. It sucks I know, the grind is hard and you have to compete with endless AI slop and brainrot content, but that's just how it is with mega corps like YouTube.

It appears ,even if it is somehow apologize-ly delayed or even off-time by the time of the posting replies,to truly match in the vast majority of entries ,     is .. .. that so    is that the rightful matching?
