> "Just a little while ago, when some of us had a chance to breathe after more or less resolving all immediate crises, Lady Toyosatomimi asked me what should be done 'next'. Since all of herself, the Komeiji matriarch, Lady Yakumo, and my own Boss Iizunamaru were present, I proposed that 'next' should entail the major players of Gensokyo getting together and forming some sort of council to work together to determine how best to proceed with the current state of, well, everything. We've all been radically affected by what has happened; it wouldn't be right for only a couple of factions to make decisions for where to go from here when those decisions will affect everyone. And, should such a council be formed, obviously the Moriya Shrine would be invited to have a representative for the shrine's interests."

> "L-Lord Tenma." Hatate speaks up before she can say something else, trying to climb out.

> "This isn't the time for that." Hatate protests when she's fully out, starting to fly and hover as she addresses Tenma. "Ahem. The devices we're going to use for communicating with others if this council is made have been working fine. I also think whatever you're worrying about for the surface should wait until we settle on this. There were no big immediate threats last we checked. In fact, the last people to oppose the Tengu are far from the mountain and are preoccupied with something else unrelated."
> "That doesn't account for these two." Tenma gestures.
> "We also know some things about the issue with the gods, so getting this all ready first will be beneficial for them in starting to figure out a way to fix it, too." Hatate adds.

Seki:

> You keep looking, before finally spotting her at the shrine itself.
> She looks to be in better condition.
