This is based on wanting to keep myself, Cirno, Youmu, and Lady Toyosatomimi all separate, in the event fast travel is needed in case of emergency, since all four of us are very capable of such a thing in our own ways."

There's a reasonable chance the Moriyas might flee there for safety, and those three could probably use the rest anyway. The Three Fairies of Light can stick with them to take care of them if they like, or they can ask around the Misty Lake and other high-fairy-population areas to see if anyone has seen them. Whichever they prefer."

Koa, Shinki, Alice, Lady Hijiri, stick with just the Human Village, and don't worry about the Bamboo Forest. Dai, your group should still handle the Netherworld. You'll only need to carry Rumia in this case."
