Like a Video Game

Hey there everyone, Tenshisad here, and I'm here to talk about my Touhou fic, Like a Video game, or LaVG as I'll be calling it in this topic.

What IS LaVG?

As stated before LaVG is a Touhou fanfiction I've created, featuring the MC known as Glenn Graves, a Japanese College student and a rather bad person to be around, his rash actions and his self-centered ways are always getting him into trouble with his friend groups which have slowly disappeared from his life, one by one. All except his friend Sumireko Usami.

Yet one day as Glenn is just minding his own, a certain Gap Youkai shows up and gaps him into Gensokyo with the promises of becoming the grand hero just like in the RPG's Glenn plays on his Super Famicom. Yet as one should know, one should never trust the Gap Youkai, as once Glenn arrives in Gensokyo and his powers are given to him in the form of a menu, with 7 attributes he could use to increase his speaking abilities, his raw strength, and his speed along with other attributes.

With his tools of the trade given to him, Glenn finds himself sent on a grand quest line by the Gap Youkai, his quest sending him from crimson mansions to the depths of Makai and Hell itself. How will Glenn manage to survive the realm of fantasy with his rose-tinted Glasses? And will Glenn fair any better once his glasses are removed and the brutal reality of Fantasy is exposed to him?

Pretty generic sounding right? That's probably due to my inability to explain LaVG well without spoiling any of my future plot points, but I can promise, I've poured my heart and soul into this fic and I have so much planned to make sure it'll strive and be the best it can be. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Walfas is more of a program used for creating content. The most famous examples are from the Walfas Station Wagon, but I don't think that this has much of a relation to them.

By your premises it seems that yours is or was related to That/Them,but instead it is just some uninted. simiiariries,but there could be others ater on,still unintend but still similar enough.

No.2...will the readers be granted,or could it become so, the option to Occasionaly Interact In-Story such aa to (Occasiinally)make in-story choices or in-story insigths or change the main character's PoV or so on?

I have A LOT planned for LaVG as a standalone story currently. LaVG is currently planned to be a one-book fic, yet I do have plans to make a comic series following some of Glenn's more light-hearted adventures through Gensokyo, although I have been considering the idea of a LaVG 2 yet I currently have no idea where that would go. Honestly, reception is gonna play a key factor in that.

I don't have plans for LaVG to have any reader interaction, although I might make a LaVG RP thread here once I finish up LaVG's first book.

Hey guys Tenshisad here, and I'm here to currently inform you all of LaVG's current progress.

Sadly LaVG progress has stagnated in the past few months due to my life getting in the way (School, homework, etc) And due to that I've stagnated on writing as a whole, I haven't really gotten anything done writing-wise here in a solid few months due to this writers' block that I've hit.

Do I plan on canceling LaVG? No. I will get LaVG done and that is a promise.
