Touhou 1 MDT Decompilation?

So i just joined this site but, i had this question on how i can decompile MDT Files from Touhou 1, the reason why i ask is because on the old site there was a discusion on something similar to it. https://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php?topic=16711.0
