Hey, hey everyone again. A mini update
First, SHO has released trial of their next Touhou game-like music album:

Really looking forward to full version with this one! As for tracks, my favorite ones so far are main menu theme, stage 1 theme and second boss' (Koromi Tsuchihara's) theme.

Really looking forward to that especially since it mentions many artists like DO, Eban or KomaInu, speaking of...

KomaInu dropped a short 3 song tidbit from game/album concept by someone else called "Touhou Enyako ~ Abandoned Flame in Inferno." (could be unrelated title to mentioned album)

With first song " Guidance of the Flame Spirit" being the main menu theme, second " A Hellish Scene Burned Into Both Eyes" being the 5th stage theme and third song "Faith from Afar ~ Ancient Drifter" being the 5th stage boss theme. If you get better translations, feel free to post 'em. Interesting way of doing it all things considered.

旧雨忆梦幻想乐团 (Old Rain Dream Fantasy Orchestra?) has dropped their next album folks! It's stylised to be spinoff title like photo games/ISC/VD/100BM, but with Youmu being the main character!

I do recommend watching the bilibili video since they've included whole danmaku sections and all!
The tutorial boss is actually a second boss from Golden Age Will Come Again and their theme is an arrange of their boss theme from that album as well.
I like how Reimu's boss sprite is still her IN sprite xD
After her is Oxas, second boss from Stability of Broken Heart.
I don't need to introduce Kogasa who's after her
Mike's got really cute cat bullets with arrow whiskers

Next boss with her own arrange and section is weirdly enough Patchouli! Locked Girl's arrange is pretty good in this, but I've also always had soft spot for original
Next are the usual playables, your Sanaes, Sakuyas.
Then there's Stability of Broken Heart's stage 5 boss Yanagashi, her section's got a really calm nice theme this time
Lastly there's of course Yuyuko with her own full segment and arrange of Border of Life.

Hello, first post of 2025 in this thread. Let's have it be another good one!

SHO finished SoMA and posted post trial OST here
I've compiled it for download here (edit: thanks for whoever requested access, it's fixed now!)

After quick listen, this might be my favorite solo album from SHO, bordering on S-tier. I definitely recommend giving Stage 5, 6 and EX themes a go.

Also if you like Touhou 10-12 era of OSTs, there's another new fanmade album on horizon - Transcendental Timepiece.

Despite offering it for listen on bandcamp, definitely do consider the full purchase to support the artist. Even tho it just seems like arrangements of PC98 tracks in modern style, I'd argue each and every single of them are updates and also get creative with mixing in other songs like with Shrine of Hakurei mixing in Maiden's Cappricio or MS Final Stage actually incorporating heartbeats from Fires of Hokkai.

Furthermore, even though I am not always a fan of C&D, they did release a pretty solid OST prediction of TH20 Fossilized Wonders trial
