You are… an invader, to put it literally. An outsider, not from this land, nor the outside world beyond it.
You've been sent here with a few objectives.


First, is to cause a significant impact in this world - Gensokyo.


Second, Capture and subdue a particular individual - henceforth known as The Target, for now. As soon as you begin, they will be somewhat aware of your intention towards them. Use that to identify them and their allies, if they have any. Capturing them will allow us to make this all easier for you, so do treat this with higher priority than the basic goal.


Third priority is to make an enemy of the strongest individuals. You may ally with a few we have observed, or regular individuals here, if you find yourself facing difficulty.
You will be updated with further instructions after these are all met.


The laws of this world require the use of predetermined attack patterns for settling disputes. The power of participants is leveled to allow fair chance. You are not required to follow this land's laws, of course, my orders are greater.
Should you need any assistance, advice, or are curious about something you want to try, you may call upon me.

You are Noe1, though you also go by the name Noel. Our home is a wonderful one, but I'll spare you the details. From being born there, the center of our beings is who we really are, and is tied with our ability. Through our lives, we've understood yours as 'Existence', or manipulation of it. It sounds grand, but that's what we, together, decided on calling it. The usual way you've used this is in influencing another's actions. Of course, if you realize better uses, we'll record them to advise you of later. We've already tried duplicating our world with it, with no results, so it isn't as great as its name yet. Though, it does allow you to easily exist without a solid body, so maybe it is.
