Helepolis used to be a moderator here. Also knew some artists, creators and other important people for the fandom. And also was an active forum person overall. Odds are anyone who has been on the previous version of the forum knows about him.

The picture in the video is from a manga series where the artist depicts real-life events around the Touhou doujin events (Reitaisai). Which includes having Helepolis as a guest. Who cosplayed as a character from a Touhou-adjacent work for the event. It definitely was quite a memorable moment that would stand out in memory of people who were on the forum at the time, even those not personally acquainted with him.
