At times I imagine how the characters can live out their lives in the Outside World. Not only that, but only as humans also. I have some of the characters in mind:
Reimu Hakurei: Working as a salarywoman; her age is around mid 20's.
Marisa Kirisame: Same job as Reimu; her age is around mid 20's.
Chen: Works as a house-servant for Yukari and dreams to be a cyclist; her age is around early 20's.
Remilia Scarlet: Works as a fashion model and lives in a rich house; her age is around early to mid 30's.
Cirno: Works as an owner of an onsen; her age is around late 60's.
That's the example I could give. I would like to read yours too of how the characters are living their lives in the Outside World.

Spinning out some thoughts:
I have a feeling that the Lunarians and moon rabbits would make some terribly good yakuzas.
If I may spin the Reimu salarywoman role, she would probably make a good reluctant heir to a Shinto shrine.
Remilia being a fashion model brings to mind that then Flandre would be an influencer or a Vtuber.

For the Lunarians and Moon Rabbits, why do you think they are a suitable contenders to be yakuzas?

That could be interesting. Maybe put her in a situation where she must have a balance between working as a salarywoman and being responsible in her Shinto activities as a future heir.
then Flandre would be an influencer or a Vtuber.

I was wondering that since the Lunarians and Moon Rabbits live outside the normal human society, they'd be good for the underworld types. Although now that I think of it, pretty much all of the Youkais could be yakuzas too (⌒_⌒;)
