> You continue searching through the studio, taking the occasional break to examine the artwork.  One painting you recognize depicts a crowd watching Alice's Puppet Show in the human village.  In another you see the clouds over Gensokyo split in half revealing a sunrise over the horizon.  A couple are illustrations of some over-the-top spell cards, perhaps Marisa's?
> Once confident you searched everything in the room and missed nothing you return everything to it's original location to avoid arousing suspicion.

> The door to the unknown!  Well not for much longer anyways...  The doorknob poses less of an obstacle this time, perhaps you've gotten the hang of it?  Peering inside you see ... Alice's doll workshop!  An octagonal room with workbenches lining it's sides and a matching octagonal table in the center.  Many dolls are in different stages of assembly, some still being sewn, others receiving their filling and others looking near finished.  On the center table are baskets with some of the more 'mechanical', rigid parts like elbow joints and many tiny jewelers springs and cogs.  Let's be real, the equipment isn't Eientei level sophisticated but impressive nonetheless for a lone puppeteer in the Forest of Magic... (in your opinion).   Windows on all sides illuminate the area brightly, regardless of the sun's location in the sky!

> With the door closed you start poking around...  Beginning with the tables lining the sides of the room you inspect the doll parts for anything that reminds you of Iris' design.  One doll catches your eye, it has a long red dress and reminds you of the shrine maiden but isn't assembled enough to tell with certainty as it's still missing it's wig.
> Your pondering of what the design could look like is interrupted by a shuffling sound behind you...

> Peeking out you see a doll has emerged from the pile in the center!  It has a similar design to Alice's regular dolls but with a cute red ribbon on it's hair.

> You pop out and resume your search!  The thing that strikes you the most similar to Iris is the dress you were just hiding under, perhaps it's an early prototype?  It has some differences though its much longer to begin with and the design is a bit fancier looking.  Looking at it up close it's hands remind you of the diagram you saw earlier, it's a little hard to tell without having another doll side by side to compare but the movement mechanics look more sophisticated than the usual...
